Placed my order for two pairs and was to receive four for the price of two, but they only shipped two pairs. Called their number and tried each of the available extensions, but could not leave a voice message due to a recorded "mailbox is full" on every one of them. Sent them an email about the missing "free" pairs and hope they eventually take care of it.
